Raymond and his staff were awesome in helping us to find our perfect Montreal condo! They were responsive, well organized and friendly. He is well knowledge about the area, seems ethical in his business practices, and is genuine in caring for the interests of his clients. He went over and beyond in helping us understand the real estate buying process in Quebec and moreover is a good guy.

When my partner and I first stepped into the office, I don’t think either of us quite new what to expect. We found Raymond and the staff to be top notch professionals, but also really nice personally – and that means a lot to us when decided whom to do business with. Raymond not only helped us find a nice condo, but helped us get financing, an inspector and an awesome notary! Neither of us speak French and we are not Canadian, and they were quite helpful with translating and explaining the process.

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent work and enormous care that the whole team at Group Lariviere provided in selling our wonderful condo in the Plateau. Raymond and Gabriela did an outstanding job in setting a price, staging the condo, showing it and selling it. In addition, during a period when I was out of town, they took care of it as though it was their own: watering the plants, shoveling the walk, calling in and supervising a plumber, keeping it in tip-top shape. Finally, the office team responded immediately and professionally to any questions and needs I had. I highly recommend them without hesitation; they are the best!
